Manufacturing process of louver products and general NC coating line process

The welding free integrated assembly process is simple to produce and easy to install. The high-temperature hot-dip galvanized strip steel is processed through fully automatic CNC cold bending equipment and 20 cold bending forming processes. The surface treatment program of the fully automatic coating assembly line produces high-quality and high-strength zinc steel louver profiles. Compared to traditional aluminum alloy louvers and zinc steel louvers, the cost has been reduced and the strength has been increased; The column matrix is perforated by fully automatic CNC equipment, with fast assembly speed and short construction period. The materials can be directly cut at the construction site and assembled and installed on site.

Wood includes BASSWOOD (basswood)/ASH WOOD/MARUPA/CEDAR/KIRI WOOD (paulownia) and other Yunnan white woods.

Manufacturing process

1. Purchase plate (ROUGH SAWN TIMBER) and process it into blades/covers/lower rails by yourself.

2. After cutting, sanding, painting, punching, and assembly

The painting process can be divided into two types: STAIN and PAINTED. Among them, the European and Australian markets prefer STAIN treatment, while the American and Canadian markets have 80% PAINTED treatment. All SATIN (N.C coating) refers to the wood grain that can still be seen after painting, while PAINTED (covering color) does not show the wood grain at all.

Feeding → Feeding machine → Double sided coloring machine → Strength bone conveyor → Head primer → Strength bone conveyor → Second primer → Strength bone conveyor belt → Material collection (one bottom and one side) → Follow the same procedure to make the second primer. The total length of the equipment is about 75 meters.

Feeding → Primer sanding machine → Power bone conveyor belt → Dust removal machine → Topcoat machine → Power bone wheel conveyor → Topcoat machine → Power bone conveyor → Feeding (one side at a time) → Follow the same procedure to make a second side, with a total length of about 70 meters.

If using a PAINTED coating sequence, it is necessary to apply 2-3 more times, and the paint coating should be thick and not easily dry.

There is also UV coating, which has the advantage of a shorter coating line and faster drying speed due to UV radiation, but the paint coating is more expensive.
